By using LINE Data Master (the "Software"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
2. Description of Service
The Software is a Windows desktop tool that reads LINE desktop's local encrypted database, providing chat history browsing, export, backup, and AI analysis features. The Software accesses LINE's database in read-only mode and never modifies any original data.
3. Account
You need to sign in with a Google account to verify your subscription status. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each subscription license is for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Software operates on a subscription model. Paid features become unavailable after your subscription expires. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
5. Data Processing
The Software processes all LINE data locally on your computer. Your chat messages, contacts, and media files are never uploaded to our servers. Our servers only receive your Google account email and subscription verification token. See our Privacy & Security page for details.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software and all its content, features, and design are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Software. LINE is a trademark of LINE Corporation. This Software is not affiliated with LINE Corporation.
7. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The success rate of unsent message recovery varies by message type and timing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop using the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or email. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
